What I will do:
- I will provide an exercise prescription that addresses total fitness and health, while focusing on your specific needs and situation.
- I will answer (electronically) any questions you may have regarding the relationship of your training, and your nutrition and lifestyle habits. (this means unlimited email correspondence)
- I will monitor your progress based on your feedback; and adjust your program accordingly.
What you will do:
- You will keep a detailed training blog and post your daily workouts, providing any information that may have influenced the training session (nutrition, lifestyle, special circumstances).
- You will follow instructions while maintaining a positive attitude and putting forth the effort required to meet your goals.
- You will train the full body will emphasis on pushing AND pulling, upper body AND lower body, as well as flexibility AND cardiovascular training.
What I will not do:
- I will not accept responsibility for excuses, not following instructions, or lack of effort.
- I will not accept responsibility for any injury you might cause, damage to any property, to yourself or others.
- I will not ask you to do something that you are not ready for.
What you will not do:
- You will not seek shortcuts, use steroids, or use excessive lifting aids.
- You will not rely on mega-hyped mainstream magazines for nutritional or training information.
- You will not be lazy, you will not be arrogant, you will not be dishonest and you will not quit!
